Monitor has a flicker every 20 seconds or so when first powering it on, difficult to photograph due to how quickly it happens. It may also have some weird washed out look when first turned on. There's a tiny spot in the top corner with an issue, please see photos.

After a short time the flicker goes away and everything works perfectly. Monitor arrived just as seen in photos, straight out of the box, so it is in new open box condition.
